How Do I Learn To Cook Without Wasting Food?

How Long Before Seafood Stew Goes Bad?

I’m making a stew with crab meat, shrimp, salmon, and oysters. I was planning on making enough that will last a week. But then I didn’t realize until now that seafood goes bad.
