Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegan margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 2/3 cups confectioners\’ sugar
Directions
Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt margarine. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in confectioners\’ sugar, a little at a time, until well blended. Pat into prepared pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares.

My kids simply love peanut butter fudge! Well, they love fudge to begin with and then of course every kid I know love peanut butter. So, it’s really a perfect mate! My eldest, who’s 9, can actually make one on her own now. I’m so proud of her.:)
